Sailin' on the Bay

San Francisco Skyline

I can't believe that it's been a month since my last post. Time flies and internet opportunities are few.

We sailed around the bay for about three weeks. Richardson Bay and the city of Sausalito were the best.

Sailing on SF Bay was exciting with 28 knot winds and and 9 knot boat speed. The Bay was packed with boats on the weekend. We sailed right through the middle of the Rolex Big Boat Series.

Our grandchildren (Trevor & Malia's five) visited for a day of sailin' on the Bay and watching the cargo ships being loaded by the big cranes at Oakland.

Malia and Austin check out the new chart plotter.

Sailling is fun but Sam still finds time to draw.
